Started playing in the MSBL in 1991 filling for teams short players at Nickajack Park Once caught Steve Rosenburg 2/3 of an inning without  a chest protector. Started running the Atlanta MSBL fall league in 1999. Took over the Atlanta MABL Saturday League in 2005. Became Atlanta MABL Commissioner  in 2007. Has not missed a Sunday game since he started full time in 1995.
